Course Description
Learn to make cheese with our expert food artisan!
For each class, you will get to take home your very own cheese making container and the cheese you made during class.
There are four different cheese-type classes. Make sure to double-check the choice of cheese class you purchased. Each class is a different times date, and price.
Greek Feta:
Learn to make a cheese that is believed to have originated more than 6000 years ago in Greece!
Ricotta:
This class will teach you the basics of Ricotta cheese making the natural way! This delicious fluffy and mild cheese originates in Italy and is naturally low in fat compared to other cheeses. It is also very versatile and used in both savory and sweet dishes. In class, we'll enjoy making (and tasting) some classic recipes with the ricotta we have made, including herbed spreads, stuffed pasta, and pastries!
Ricotta Cheese with Fall Spices:
This class will teach you the basics of Ricotta cheese making with spices from the fall season. Perfect for the fall-loving season spread at your next dining event.
Camembert, a soft cheese:
Learn to make Camembert, the famous soft-ripened French cheese from Normandy.
Mascarpone Cheese:
This class is for making Mascarpone Cheese. The perfect sweet cheese for that upcoming desert for the holiday season. Or maybe to pair with fruit for dipping.
