Introduces the 8-step model for conducting HR analytics investigations, equipping you with a framework for using data to solve real-world HR challenges. Learn how to use pivot tables, a powerful tool built into Excel to analyze HR data and draw meaningful insights. 

Module 2: HRA Project Designs and Employee Engagement 
Covers different project designs, allowing you to select the right approach for your HR analytics investigations, whether it's understanding employee engagement or predicting turnover. Learn how to analyze both quantitative and qualitative data to get a holistic view of employee engagement. 

Module 3: HRA Project Requests and Stakeholders, and Recruiting and Hiring 
Explores the demand for HR analytics projects and how to effectively manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring your projects align with organizational goals and priorities. Learn how to use data analysis to improve your recruiting and hiring processes, including analyzing personality assessments and identifying the most effective recruiting sources.  

Module 4: Influencing Investment through HRA, and Learning & Development 
Focuses on effectively communicating HR analytics insights using visualizations, storytelling, and demonstrating ROI, enabling you to secure buy-in for data-driven initiatives. Build an analysis on learning and development data to optimize training programs for maximum impact.  

Module 5: AI Tools and the Challenges and Opportunities for HRA 
Introduces the world of artificial intelligence (AI) and its applications in HR, including AI-powered tools for recruiting and employee engagement. Use generative AI for analyzing survey comments and other qualitative data, gaining deeper insights into employee sentiment and experiences.
