Course Description

For this course, participants will compete in an award-winning simulation through Harvard Business Publishing, where they’ll climb Mount Everest. Each participant is assigned a role (e.g., leader, physician, marathoner, photographer, environments) and a team, and they’ll work their way from base camp to the summit, overcoming a variety of hidden challenges along the way. Participants will learn several frameworks and best practices for high-quality teaming, including the three primary challenges of teaming (i.e., differences in information, interests, and individuals), team roles, shared leadership, team leadership, and more. 
 

Who Should Register?

This course is ideal for anyone who regularly works in team settings, regardless of role, job, or industry. Additionally, participants across all levels of an organization—from entry-level to senior-level leaders—will benefit from this course.  This course is a fantastic team-building exercise.
