Course Description

This 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) offers instruction in yoga from a holistic and integrative point of view, providing an immersive experience designed for learners who want to teach yoga or deepen their personal practice.

In this course, learners create a solid foundation for personal yoga practice and learn the essentials of becoming a yoga teacher, including posture alignment, assists, props, and modifications, as well as sequencing and anatomy as it relates to yoga. Learners also gain an understanding of yoga philosophy, subtle anatomy, and the practice of yoga both on and off the mat. Learners develop skills in breathwork, meditation, and deep relaxation, then learn to teach these techniques effectively.

Through this program, learners can refine their teaching methodology, earn a 200-hour Certified Yoga Teacher (CYT) professional certificate, or deepen their personal yoga practice, creating a meaningful path to growth and the opportunity to teach in a variety of settings, from studios to online classes.

  • Creates and builds community in supportive environment.
  • Offers a deeper level of motivation.
  • Increases self-esteen and confidence.
  • Provides uplifting energy to propel your practice forward.
  • Breaks the routines of your everyday life and gives you time in a space completely dedicated to your personal growth.
