The Winter 2025 Ohio Pharmacy Law Update provides essential regulatory updates from the Ohio Board of Pharmacy. Learner Outcomes

Pharmacists who complete the course can expect the following learning outcomes:

  1. Explain the required elements of a pharmacy continuous quality improvement program.
  2. Discuss the operational requirements for a remote dispensing pharmacy.
  3. Recall the benefits and limitations of including the non-fatal drug overdose indicator on Ohio Automated Rx Reporting System (OARRS) reports.
  4. Describe the various ways states and jurisdictions address pharmacy law knowledge for licensure as a pharmacist.

Requirements:

Credit requirements must be completed before the expiration date of the activity. Participants must watch the video in its entirety and completion of a post-test with a score of 80% or higher. Upon completion, credit will be transmitted electronically to the ACPE. All transmitted credit will be viewable in your CPE Monitor profile within 24 hours. It is the participants' responsibility to ensure credit is properly populating on their individual NABP eProfile account. Please contact the James L.
