Pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) is a complex disease that requires timely diagnosis, individualized therapy, and coordinated care. PAHrmacology: Evidence in Action, a continuing pharmacy education activity, provides a practical, evidence-based foundation for managing PAH from initial evaluation through longterm treatment. Learners will review diagnostic and risk stratification approaches, compare available pharmacotherapy options, and explore real-world considerations such as medication initiation and transitions of care across clinical settings to support safe, continuous treatment.

Learner Outcomes
Pharmacists who complete the course can expect the following learning outcomes:

Requirements
Credit requirements must be completed before the expiration date of the activity. Participants must watch the video in its entirety and completion of a post-test with a score of 80% or higher. Upon completion, credit will be transmitted electronically to the ACPE. All transmitted credit will be viewable in your CPE Monitor profile within 24 hours.
