UC Aspire's Cincinnati Talent Acceleration Program (CTAP) offers a tuition-free, bootcamp-style training program designed to prepare learners for the CompTIA A+ certification exams. This six-hour information session introduces prospective learners to the program and provides an opportunity to:

  • Explore careers in IT support.
  • Learn about the structure and expectations of the bootcamp.
  • Complete required Northstar Digital Literacy and WorkKeys assessments.
  • Participate in hands-on activities.
  • Complete a Learner Readiness Survey.
  • Meet alumni from previous CompTIA A+ bootcamps during a provided lunch.

Attendance at this information session is required for admission to the training program.

Who Should Register?

This information session is designed for learners interested in exploring careers in IT support and learning more about certification and the CTAP training program.

To participate in this information session, learners must:

  • Be 18 years of age or older.
  • Provide proof of Ohio residency.
  • Be eligible to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.
