Course Description

LEAD equips you to thrive amid complexity and change. This nine-week hybrid course enables transformational learning by nurturing the unique strengths of leaders. Rooted in research and real-world leadership expertise, experts from the Warren Bennis Leadership Insights help build your capabilities through innovative frameworks, self-reflection and its supportive cohort. Your journey begins with Leader Identity (Module 1), where you’ll explore and refine your authentic leadership style. Gain clarity about your strengths, develop a more profound sense of purpose, and learn to embrace the many ways you can assume a leadership role. Next, in Risk, Resilience, and Confidence (Module 2), you’ll master the tools to face uncertainty, take bold risks, and foster resilience for yourself and your team. Finally, in Navigating Tensions (Module 3), you’ll explore the art and science of balancing complex and competing demands, leveraging both/and thinking to make more innovative and impactful decisions.

Learner Outcomes
