CE-20PA1009X - OASiS 09: Semiconductor Physics and Devices Fundamentals Assessment
The Semiconductor Physics and Devices Fundamentals Assessment is designed to help learners evaluate their foundational knowledge of key semiconductor concepts. This assessment includes questions on semiconductor fundamentals and operations of diodes, bipolar junction transistors, metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistors, junction field-effect transistors, and high-electron mobility transistors.
Learners will have 2 hours to complete 100 questions, with unlimited attempts allowed. A minimum score of 80% is required to pass.
Successfully passing the assessment demonstrates a strong understanding of foundational topics in semiconductor materials, devices, and circuits and can help guide learners in selecting appropriate content within the OASiS Foundations Program and courses.
