Learner Outcomes

Pharmacists who complete the course can expect the following learning outcomes:

• Summarize recent rule changes promulgated by the Ohio Board of Pharmacy.
• Discuss updates to USP <795> and USP <797> standards and the Ohio Board of Pharmacy timeline for enforcement.
• Explain when prescriptions for controlled substances may be issued via telemedicine.
• Describe the various ways states and jurisdictions address pharmacy law knowledge for licensure as a pharmacist.

Requirements:

Credit requirements must be completed before the expiration date of the activity. Participants must watch the video in its entirety, complete all evaluations and complete a post-test with a score of 80% or higher. In addition, participants must complete all the steps found in the "Complete Credit Requirements" link provided by the LecturePanda registration confirmation email. After following the link, these steps will include: reviewing the course learning materials, confirming information provided on registration, claiming participation in applicable credits and completing all listed evaluations and quizzes.
